For Candidates
Tell us what you're looking for.
The right opportunity is not always posted publicly, and some searches are never posted at all. A few details about what you are looking for give us a better foundation for the conversation when something fits.
Your next opportunity should fit where you are going, not only where you have been. That is easier to help with when we understand the direction rather than just the history.
What happens next
- Your information is reviewed. If your background lines up with a current or upcoming search, you will hear from us. No résumé needed yet — we will ask when there is a reason to.
- Nothing is shared without your permission. Not your résumé, not your name, not the fact that you are open to a conversation. That one is not negotiable.
- You will get an honest read. If an opportunity is not right for you, we will say so. An honest no is worth more to your career than an enthusiastic maybe.
- The conversation stays open. If the timing is wrong now, it may not be in six months.
Two things we will not promise. We cannot guarantee a response to every submission — that would be a promise we could not keep, and we would rather say so now than leave you waiting. And sharing your information does not apply you to a specific position.
Everything you send is treated as confidential and is used only to consider you for searches. We do not sell or share it. See our Privacy Policy.
