This policy explains how Perspective Search Partners ("we," "our") handles information submitted through this website. It is intentionally written in plain language.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry or contact us about a position, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your hiring need or professional background. This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you personally.

If you share your information as a candidate

Through the Submit Your Information form we collect only what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), LinkedIn profile (optional), your current or most recent title, the functional area you work in, the employment type you want, where you would like to work, your timing, and an optional note about anything else you want us to know. The form also records whether you asked for your search to be handled discreetly and your acknowledgment of the terms below. If you arrived from a specific job listing, the form records that listing number so we know which role prompted your inquiry.

The form does not accept file uploads and we do not collect a résumé through this website. If your background fits a search, we will ask you for one directly.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us: your date of birth or age, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital or family status, disability or medical information, a photograph, your home address, your Social Security number, driver's license details, financial account information, or your current or past salary. If any of that reaches us anyway, it is not used in evaluating you.

Sharing your information is not an application for a specific position and does not guarantee a response.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential fit, and communicate with you about your search or candidacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

Discretion is fundamental to our work. Inquiries marked confidential are handled accordingly, and candidate information is never shared with a prospective employer without the candidate's knowledge and permission — we ask before every submission, every time.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you share. We do not promise absolute confidentiality, because no organization can honestly guarantee it.

Data retention and your choices

We retain submitted information as needed to respond to inquiries, provide recruiting services, and meet applicable obligations.

You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing Hire@PerspectiveSearch.com. You do not need to give a reason, and asking does not affect how we treat you in any current conversation.

Third-party services

Submissions from both forms on this site are transmitted and stored by Formspree, a third-party form provider, which delivers them to us by email and keeps a copy in our account on our behalf. Formspree is bound by its own privacy terms. This website uses no other third-party services, no tracking cookies, and no analytics.
